Troop 16/91 Pickup Area (North):
- North of San Gabriel River
- Liberty Hill & Georgetown
- Make checks out to "BSA Troop 16"
Troop 202 Pickup Area (South):
- Inside city limits of Cedar Park and Leander (South of San Gabriel River)
- OR
- Within 10 miles of the Cedar Park Recreation Center and no further south than FM620/SH45
- Make checks out to "BSA Troop 202"
Cost: $10 per tree
Cash or checks made out to "BSA Troop 202" or "BSA Troop 16" depending on your pickup area.
Important Guidelines
✅ We Can Pick Up:
- Christmas trees stripped of all decorations
- Trees free of tinsel
- Trees ready by 7:30 AM
❌ We Cannot Pick Up:
- Wreaths (due to wire frames)
- Trees with decorations
- Trees with tinsel
Timing Information:
- Cedar Park addresses: Mostly morning pickups
- Leander addresses: Mostly afternoon pickups
- Liberty Hill: Starting in the morning
- We cannot assign specific pickup times due to routing
Payment & Pickup:
We highly encourage leaving the tree and envelope with payment outside the night before. This helps us avoid disturbing you during pickup.
